Customers can cancel their booking using the “Cancel Order” page available on our website.

3. Physical Products (Shell / Handicrafts)

Customers can return products within 3–7 days from delivery.

• Original condition required
• Reason must be provided

Refund will be processed within 7–14 days after deduction of shipping charges.
